Also an active member of the National Association of Realtors®, Florida Association of Realtors® and the Space Coast Association of Realtors.® Specialization I specialize in representing my customers in the purchase and sales of waterfront single-family residences and condominiums within the cities of Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral, Satellite Beach / Indian Harbour Beach, Port St. John, Rockledge, Viera and Suntree. I keep current of transactions in these areas and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local waterways. Personal I was born and raised just south of Chicago, Illinois. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church and athletics. I have lived in Brevard County for over 24 years and have been a full time real estate professional for over 6 years. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with my family and friends, traveling, playing golf and collecting baseball cards. |
